THE WEEKEND IS HERE!

It's the last weekend of April!

WHAT'S UP FIVEEIGHTY FRIENDS!

The clouds are back out and rain seems to be what we have to continue to look forward to this weekend. Although this weather is a bit of a bummer, remember that before too long we’ll be praying for rain as the temperatures rise and the ground starts to dry up.

Let’s take a look at what we have going on this weekend, trying to add some focus to indoor events and activities!

Housing Market

Things are looking good if you are trying to buy a house in Enid right now. It is a buyers market in Enid, with houses going up on the market by the hand full. I’m not sure what it is that is causing so many people to sell, likely just the end of the school year and the interest rates coming back down a bit. But what do I know, I have been out of the mortgage industry for a few years now..

With that being said, the house of the week is.. My house! That’s right, my house is on the market as well, so someone buy it! Click on the image below for more details!
